(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So my 2008 Bentley GT has been driven about 40 hours this weekend, driving to and from the beach and driving around to friends and such. So I got home today, and went out a couple minutes ago and it says that the coolant is insufficient, and I have no idea what that means. Can somebody please help me, btw I am 16 should I take it to the shop, or do it myself?

The reservoir may show as full, but if you have not checked this regularly... then the actual radiator may be low.
The guage is designed to monitor the coolant in the radiator, not the reservoir.
If there is a slow leak in the radiator (dry or cracked seal), then the radiator may be low.
The reservoir works on a negative pressure relay... if the radiator level has got to a point where it is lower than the guage. Then in essence it has no idea to draw from the reservoir.

You need to check the levels in the radiator (And please don't do this while the engine is still hot)
If it is low, then it is an indication that there is:
a) a blockage in the reservoir tubing
b) there is a leak in the radiator (which you should be able to see - place some cardboard in front of car under radiator... if it becomes wet... you have a leak)
c) computer relay malfunction

However, with a Bentley... being a higher end car, I would recommend taking this to a qualified mechanic. There may be more to the story than meets the eye.

And my last comment...
Takes a big man to take an insult and not retaliate... please refrain from calling other users faggots etc.
Really doesn't contribute to the site.
You are either part of the problem or part of the solution.

Hope you figure out the problem without shelling major bucks

and guys, you can buy a Bentley Continental used for $50,000 nowadays. Still spoiled as fuck, but it isn't like it's a brand new Rolls.

Read the manual, get the right coolant. Check the level when the engine is WARM. If you do not do this, you will overfill it, and when the engine gets hot it will overflow.

"Coolant insufficient" what the fuck do you think it means, are you so retarded that you can't figure it out for yourself? I SERIOUSLY hope this is just an elaborate ruse if not perhaps your parents could buy you a new brain seeing as yours is clearly damaged.
