I would say spice of up the box where you actually play. It looks kind of bland with all the white. You could make the buttons the actual colors instead of just having black text words in white boxes, that would actually help a lot, I spent too much time trying to read the text on the buttons.

Also, I don't know what your goals were in making this. Was it just for experience or to have people play it? It's not something I would spend too much time on and I've seen this mind game before.

Better than anything I could do though, I wouldn't even try making an app.
