(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); HeyHey,

First off I'd like to say that the new theme looks incredible, It's much better than the last one.

I've been told that Reddit is a really good site to help promote my YouTube videos, I currently have 3,000 subscribers and I'm partnered with Machinima. I'm growing at a incredible rate (10 subs a day) but I'd like to grow even more. Is reddit even any good?

Also, the upvoting feature. Do I need up votes for my posts to actually become recognized?

Thanks!

It depends on the content on reddit. Some people might abuse your channel and some might support and promote your channel. If you're content is liked by others then go for it, but don't emphasize on the advertising of your channel.

Reddit is a good place to promote youtube videos, if they are good. If your videos are bad or just advertising for you hosting lobbies one of two things will happen.

1.) You will get ignored and no upvotes or a slight amount of downvotes will come your way

2.) You will get utterly ripped apart and most likely sent into a spiral of depression, sadness, depression, regret, depression, and hatred of yourself.

It really depends on what subreddit you post it in. I would post it in ones that have to do with what you're promoting (i.e. gaming, whatever game, videos etc.)
