Thats true to be honest, But how shall i tell her? Like what shall i say as she don't know i have her facebook? What if she don't block him what shall i say then?

ok lets start with the facebook situation, how did you access her account? through her own phone or was she logged on through a pc?
you can say " i was playing candy crush, ran out of lives, sent you a request for more and logged into the account to click the request, and the message from the ex popped up while you were doing that.
if you dont play candy crush, replace it with a game that you do play. sorted.

Just sit down and talk to her, if she talks to you and doesn't get all in your face she's a keeper.
Just say you've seen the convo between you and your ex and ask questions.
