(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey people, i have a hard time gaining any significant muscle, i hit gym every week or so & i have a lot of steam; i'm in the top 30 strongest in my year group despite my size. I saw this amazing product called Lean Muscle X, apparently it lets you put on 8kilos of lean muscle in just 3 weeks. From what i've read, people say that it's very effective and recommended. I'm a bit worried though, i'm only 16 and i don't want that product to stop my growth or shrink my balls D=
Please do not speak if you have nothing smart to say or if you intend to hate.

Regardless of your current physique in order to get bigger you will have to go through the bulking stage, this will mean you'll lose definition and ''rippedness' but in the long run it'll serve you well, once you've reached a goal of weight gain then you can cut your calories and you will regain your definition only once you reach the same % of body fat you'll notice you're heavier, stronger and bigger but you'll still have definition. You need to eat meat, you wont get enough protein in your body to sufficiently rebuild muscle and you'll experience seriously slow gains. Incorporate it into your diet, some people find it hard to include fruit and veg in there diet but for you its seems to be meat, it is an essential part of your diet though if you wish you get bigger.

Yeah white meat is great, try grilling it and using it in a salad, lay off breaded chicken as its full of saturated fats which aren't good for you at all. There are a lot of combinations for cooked chicken if you have a look on the internet. Just bear in mind that protein shakes, creatine, pre-workouts etc. are all only SUPPLEMENTS, you still need to obtain the vast majority of your dietary requirements naturally from well prepared, healthy food, give yourself one day a week off where you can eat whatever you want, that way it'll take the cravings off snacking on chocolate and crisps throughout the week (i find this helps anyway) and keep yourself well hydrated (at least 8 cups of water a day), aim for 2 litres Smile

Anything that isn't natural will effect you. Protein shakes and weight gainers are just a hoax. You need to be hitting the gym at least 5 times a week and that will show a pure natural fit body. When you're 21 and have matured physically you could test out protein shakes, which will help increase muscle.

This is one of the dumbest posts I have ever seen. He can wait till he's 21 to drink alcohol not protein shakes

Do your research then argue. "In fact, this extra protein may simply be stored as fat and may not lead to extra muscle mass as you would expect. In addition, high levels of protein intake may lead to dehydration, kidney damage, and increased excretion of calcium, which puts them at risk for kidney stones." Protein shakes are good if you don't consume a lot of protein daily. Most people in this age do consume enough protein and even more than what they need. I see supplements as a cheat through the gym. I'd rather have a natural body than having a body that took artificial supplements to get results fast. Personally, i'd suggest taking protein shakes at 16-18 only if you need them.
