Post: Muscle growth question [i'm 16]

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey people, i have a hard time gaining any significant muscle, i hit gym every week or so & i have a lot of steam; i'm in the top 30 strongest in my year group despite my size. I saw this amazing product called Lean Muscle X, apparently it lets you put on 8kilos of lean muscle in just 3 weeks. From what i've read, people say that it's very effective and recommended. I'm a bit worried though, i'm only 16 and i don't want that product to stop my growth or shrink my balls D=

You guys don't know shit about supps, and this products a hoax. Supplements don't have to be FDA approved so you can really put whatever you want on label even if its fake. Don't take it nor listen to these bro science cliché faggots telling you things their mom said to them. Although you shouldn't be taking many anabolic supplements because you're 16( Testosterone is very high) you can do whatever you want it's your body, just make sure to cycle on and off of supplements.

if you want a bigger chest try spreading your whey protein powder on your chest.. the muscle fibers while absorb the whey through the skin (you must do this 2 mins after workout)
