(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey people, i have a hard time gaining any significant muscle, i hit gym every week or so & i have a lot of steam; i'm in the top 30 strongest in my year group despite my size. I saw this amazing product called Lean Muscle X, apparently it lets you put on 8kilos of lean muscle in just 3 weeks. From what i've read, people say that it's very effective and recommended. I'm a bit worried though, i'm only 16 and i don't want that product to stop my growth or shrink my balls D=

Protein shakes are good if you don't consume a lot of protein daily. Most people in this age do consume enough protein and even more than what they need. I see supplements as a cheat through the gym. I'd rather have a natural body than having a body that took artificial supplements to get results fast. Personally, i'd suggest taking protein shakes at 16-18 only if you need them.

I've done plenty of research , I'm even going to school for health and fitness. He stated earlier he doesn't eat meat that alone says he doesn't get enough protein. Protein shakes/supplements are in no way cheating And you still Have a natural physique. Even steroids are not cheating. People who juice have to work 2 if not 3 times harder then the average person. If you think of protein as cheating then you should go sit on your couch with a bag of candy and never leave .

Alright, I'm posting this from mobile, so my grammar will be shit.

Listen up, disregard most of the advices you heard in this thread. Most are BroScience/useless.

Muscle growth X or whatever the fuck it is called, is totally fake, if it promises 8 KG of muscle in few months. Again, a fucking scam.

You aren't seeing effects because your diet is probably bad with no macros calculated. Gaining muscle is 80% diet and 20% lifting. GET your diet in check and at 16 you'll see excellent gains. Your hormones are on the way to their peak. Just eat correctly, lift , Protien shake if needed and enough sleep. NO NEED for anything else.

Supplements have no side effects. There is absolutely no difference from the Protein in grilled chicken and a shake. Both are identical to your body. Heck, even same applies to fast food.

Nah, i don't want to look like most of the people around me... trust me, most of the people at my age have a belly and no muscle whatsoever. I eat chicken but that's basically it.

Alright so as ive stated in other threads like this, i DO NOT encourage taking supplements or protein shakes or even steroids(not your case but just saying). I saw u posted earlier that u dont eat at all meat, just my opinion: that is not good. Its not such a bad thing but man was made to be a carnivore. Now no offense to any1 but the majority of us even if we do want to keep a healthy lifestyle, we still do eat meat more than usual, or more than we want to Winky Winky. Not talking in my name here, but i must admit i am a 'true' carnivore and i do eat meat almost daily or tbh every day lol. Of course there are many people that are eating only vegetables and stuff like this but a person who does that will never get to have a bit of fat or big muscles pretty much cuz the food that he eats does not have the necessary proteins to help him raise up. By looking at the pics u posted, u look very normally to your age and i honestly do not see any point of why u would like to grow them at this early age. Furthermore, i think u need to actually put up a bit of fat level lol. That way it would suit your body better, but again just my opinion. So now its up to u mate, i personally dont recommend taking those suplements to raise them, im all with whore the gym and u will have brilliant results! Of course dont forget to live from time to time, not gym 24/7 lets be serious Winky Winky

None of this makes sense if you are meeting your macronutrients goals. Actually, for any of these to occur, you must be abusing it for years. ( and same will happen if you abused grilled chicken).

Anything that isn't natural will effect you. Protein shakes and weight gainers are just a hoax. You need to be hitting the gym at least 5 times a week and that will show a pure natural fit body. When you're 21 and have matured physically you could test out protein shakes, which will help increase muscle.

Wrong, if he has a high metabolism an probably does I'd reccomend 3 times a week no cardio workout 3 muscle groups a day. Eat until you feel like your going to puke. Protienshakescan help but there not a need to if you want to build muscle
