. Not talking in my name here, but i must admit i am a 'true' carnivore and i do eat meat almost daily or tbh every day lol. Of course there are many people that are eating only vegetables and stuff like this but a person who does that will never get to have a bit of fat or big muscles pretty much cuz the food that he eats does not have the necessary proteins to help him raise up. By looking at the pics u posted, u look very normally to your age and i honestly do not see any point of why u would like to grow them at this early age. Furthermore, i think u need to actually put up a bit of fat level lol. That way it would suit your body better, but again just my opinion. So now its up to u mate, i personally dont recommend taking those suplements to raise them, im all with whore the gym and u will have brilliant results! Of course dont forget to live from time to time, not gym 24/7 lets be serious
