Ok so I am sure by now everyone has heard of the tv show called catfish. I just wondered what you guys thought of the show and what your opinion on catfishing was ?. Have you been catfished ? Or think you are. Would like to hear your views.

I do feel bad for some of the people that have been on that show, but after awhile you wonder did these ppl honestly think the person there tlking to is who they say they are.

P.S on an odd note their was a guy pretending to be another guy to impress a girl. the guy he was pretending to be is actually from my city O_o

Well if you have fallen for them I guess in your eyes they can do no wrong and them being not real wouldn't even come into your mind unless someone you knew mentioned it to you ect. Some people have online relationships and it all ends up great . NO WAY ! wow lol I bet that was odd i wonder if he knew someone was pretending to be him . :confused:

on a side note.. i dont see how this can still happen with all the technology we have now.

Pretty sure this is scripped, like any other tv show.
What they are showing probably happends in real life, but the show just seems fake to me.

I have actually never seen this show. Yet all my friends at school watch it.

Because the people who are getting catfished are so wrapped up in that one day that they finally get to be with them that negative things don't enter there mind. And the people catfishing can be amazing liars and very intelligent, good at making up believable excuses.
