do you think this man should have his children. I believe he should as soon as he gets a job, if he has everything he needs to take care of them properly then why not. the United States is a free country and he should be free to believe in what he wants to believe in and name his children what he wants to name them, if they don't like it when adults they can change it.
I hate issues like this because you're in some way wrong no matter what you do. On the one hand, you're giving the state the power to forcefully take children from their parent(s) when they deem fit. On the other hand, you're leaving a child to what we would consider dangerous ideology.
Ugh.

Kinda funny how my brother-in-law brought this up on the 21st when he came over for our crawfish boil...
What harm is he doing by naming his kids a certain way? He isn't practicing any hate crimes or harming anyone or his children. I could understand the state taking away his children if he practiced hate crimes against anyone or group of people and his children. The question I would ask the state is this... What if he was a Japanese American, wore actual World War II Imperial uniforms and named his kids after the emperor and his relatives, would you take away his kids then?
Just because he happens to like the German uniforms, German military, and German government doesn't necessarily mean he is a bad father or does evil to others. But just because how he named his children... it's ridiculous.

If we start taking away rights given to you by the Constitution than what is the point of it? I think that unless he has done something bad than he should get his children. He has the right. Naziism is a stigma started because of what Hitler did. Does a Satanist get to keep his/her children? Yes, yes they do.
