Outsider.

He created this website along with Coltz when they had an "argument" with another administrator (Bravo) from nextgenboards back in the day. outsider got famous because of his awesome Socom glitch videos (Clan eXo) & later cod4 videos. He left nextgenboards, made nextgenupdate and most people followed him.

Contrary to the rest of replies the owner of NGU is indeed Outsider but the person who runs NGU is magglass1.

Magglass1 runs the server side and essentially controls the site.
