Region locked issue with xbox. the pc will be able to work any where as long as you can plug it in

PC games are cheaper and have crazy sales like Consoles do

PC gaming have a older fanbase

PC gaming has better graphics, smoother gameplay and better audio

PC gaming won't need internet like the new consoles will

PC gaming you can pick your servers for every game

and some nice $500 gaming pc's which are the same price as the new consoles

Some of these reasons are making me want to buy a PC which has more power compared to what I have now. Some of the things people are bitching about have been standard on PC for some time. Problem is PC is not as closed as consoles are so is a fear about pricing issues.

That is actually the one game that is horrible to play on console, the frame lag when two people fire at the same time...dear god.

go for it its not expensive the lowest gfx card you can do that will max most out or get close would be the 650ti boost or the 7770 even though the 650ti boost is alot quicker

Thought I'd just opine real quick on some post in this particular thread. I'm not mentioning names here, but someone mentioned that Grand Theft Auto V won't be available on PC. That is not confirmed yet, there has been a ton of speculation bouncing around about it being announced at E3. Saying that it won't be available on PC is like saying it won't be available on PS4 or Xbox One just because they haven't announced that information yet.

In regard to the OP you forgot to mention that if you have a serious rig you can play games at 4K with decent fps. Although it's something you don't see often. Honestly though these reasons are really rank compared to better reasons that can be used. The kicker for me is that you don't run into too many kids on VoIP servers. And that you can watch porn in super high resolution HD.

Uh I want to sit in front of a screen with my keyboard and mouse because it is more comfortable, leaves more room for customization, and allows more control. Plus a little ass screen? Please man, my 27" 2560x1440 monitor would like to have a word with you. Have fun with your low PPI, high frame latency, and poor color reproduction TV.

1)PS4 will not need a constant internet connection, I don't know about Xbox One.
