(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey, i was refunded 650pounds from ebay. The PayPal Refund transaction says ''COMPLETE'' , but the money doesn't show up in my bank account... what's wrong?

Lol. i doubt anybody here would know. but i would suggest phoning Paypal

Yes it does indeed. i phoned Paypal before over a email scam Smile Google the number

When it says complete it has gone through on pay pals side and its gonna take a few more days for the bank to accept it into your account it doesn't totally mean its completes its just Paypal did there part
