So around 3 years ago now I use to be a little bigger than I wanted to be weight wise and wasn't sure why. I do not have a high metabolism so I generally have to watch what I eat. Once I left high school I lost a lot of weight purely because the stress I was under got taken away which was great. But after that I lost an incredible amount of weight but I had no idea that I had gotten so small. I admit I did not barely eat as I was so busy and preoccupied but I did not exercise either ?. Though I was thin I never once felt like I was, I always thought I had big thighs, and arms and now looking back at pictures they were tiny ! Which is the saddest part even when your thin your not happy with your weight. Looking at pictures from back then is hard as I was too thin and the clothes I have from then are so small it is crazy. But my question is in your honest opinion do you think you loose the most weight by eating barely nothing and exercise, Just barely eating and no exercise, Or eating healthy and exercising.

I weighed 260 at out last weigh-in at football... My doctor said im no where close to being overweight because of the amount of muscle i have... Not trying to brag, but I went into football 2-3 years ago and I weighed 100 (if that) and now i am 15 and weigh 260 and have no regrets weighing that.. id rather be a fatass with hella amounts of muscle that to be a fatass.. I bench 220 and squat 450 LBS and im in a elite group for my state...
How I got there:
Loved to play football
Hard Work, Sweat, Determination, Redemption..
I drink Muscle-Tech Creatine
and eat high protein foods
and Lift 5 of 7 days a week.
