(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So around 3 years ago now I use to be a little bigger than I wanted to be weight wise and wasn't sure why. I do not have a high metabolism so I generally have to watch what I eat. Once I left high school I lost a lot of weight purely because the stress I was under got taken away which was great. But after that I lost an incredible amount of weight but I had no idea that I had gotten so small. I admit I did not barely eat as I was so busy and preoccupied but I did not exercise either ?. Though I was thin I never once felt like I was, I always thought I had big thighs, and arms and now looking back at pictures they were tiny ! Which is the saddest part even when your thin your not happy with your weight. Looking at pictures from back then is hard as I was too thin and the clothes I have from then are so small it is crazy. But my question is in your honest opinion do you think you loose the most weight by eating barely nothing and exercise, Just barely eating and no exercise, Or eating healthy and exercising.

Obviously you're gonna lose weight if you barely eat; hence people starting juice diets and shit. If you wanna be small, but nicely cut and toned, then you have to eat right and hit the weights.

If you want to loose weight but not exercise just eat small portion's of food. If you want to get in shape then eat small portion's and exercise at least 20 minutes a day. You would be surprised if you knew how much a person can loose in just a week of eating less and exercising for 20 minutes a day. If you want to loose weight faster then stick with the first option. If you don't have time to exercise 20 minutes a day that's understandable but if your just making up things to do that's not right because you only have one life and if your not happy with your weight then you need to do something about that.

I weighed 260 at out last weigh-in at football... My doctor said im no where close to being overweight because of the amount of muscle i have... Not trying to brag, but I went into football 2-3 years ago and I weighed 100 (if that) and now i am 15 and weigh 260 and have no regrets weighing that.. id rather be a fatass with hella amounts of muscle that to be a fatass.. I bench 220 and squat 450 LBS and im in a elite group for my state...

How I got there:
Loved to play football
Hard Work, Sweat, Determination, Redemption..
I drink Muscle-Tech Creatine
and eat high protein foods
and Lift 5 of 7 days a week.

Try it, and stick with it...

Barely eating makes you lose weight, but also makes you very weak. To lose weight and have a great body you must take fat burners (oxyelite, grenade, pes), a balanced diet, and exercise (cardio, weightlifting).

Oh yes I totally agree with that I was very very weak and tired all the times and had pains I never knew you could get and I was a vegetarian back then too . Now I eat meat and I feel a million times healthier that I ever did. I am not overweight now Im a little under than what I should be but I am ok with that.
