She is standing by train tracks. she did nut put the break on. She was not paying attention. and was obviously more engrossed on her phone call then the child.

As a mother instinct should have prevailed and this should have never happened.

I have a beautiful daughter and even when not thinking I always lock the back wheels.

And if you don't have that instinct you should not have a child.

She was just watching it stroll off into the track, lucky that the baby never fell onto the live line.

Do any of you see the strange shadow moving around the tracks? Doesn't it almost seem like the stroller was pulled toward the tracks? I think this is a video of some kind of paranormal being trying to kill this womans baby!
