-Baseball, its my favorite sport and I love playing it.
-Football, I love watching it, NFL is my favorite to watch, but not play.
-Hockey, by far the most interesting sport if I say so myself.
-Golf, I like taking things slow in life, and golf relieves some stress.
-Basketball, only to watch not play, even though I can drain 3's like I'm Reggie Miller! :p
-MMA, I like watching people get their ass whooped.

I don't like watching sports. But I like playing sports. Its more better if you participate in something other than watching someone else.

Hm...i'm ashamed that you didn't include Football(true football) in there. I'm a football fanatic and i watch MMA weekly. I don't enjoy watching NFL, Hockey, or MLB. I love playing the sport though, requires strength.
