no. i'm saying when they test the dna it kills the baby anyway. they basically ram some shit up her vag to try to get any semen or anything. and it ends up killing the baby (if one was going to be born anyway) therefore, you cant be raped and have a baby anyway. so saying what about rapes is a bad excuse because they kill it anyway to find the assailant. what are you talking about?

Uhh... no. You don't have to kill the baby by testing for DNA first of all. The baby's DNA will be close enough to the father's that you only need to collect a few cells. No ramming required.

And I'm talking about not traumatizing the poor girl even more by forcing her to carry the baby of a rapist for 9 months.

wow you really have no idea how this works do you? i actually have friends that are girls that have been raped. you go to the police station THAT DAY. they question you. then they take you to a doctor. the doctor basically flushes out the ENTIRE girl's vag and sex system and they collect everything they get out of it. that process kills the baby. therefore the girl doesnt carry a baby for 9 months. she doesnt even have it 24 hours. so what are you talking about carrying it for 9 months? i dont think you realize what finding 'a few cells' is inside of a person. try finding someone else's cells INSIDE of your body. its like a needle in a hay stack. hopefully you realize that this is how it works. i know friends that have had to go through it.

Um, no. Not everyone reports rape right away first of all. Second, ever heard of date rape? Believe it or not, it is possible for someone to be raped and not know it. And by the time she figures out she's pregnant, the fetus/embryo will be large enough to EASILY be found to collect cell samples.

haha dude you really dont know about how date rape sex works. actually yes, most rapes are actually rapes by people the girl knows, especially at a party where both people were under the influence of alcohol and other drugs. but girls can tell when they've had sex. they may not remember the night before, but they know they had sex or something was up in there. it makes it feel slightly uncomfortable and sore. so actually they do know. and if they dont report it right away then they usually do within one week. so they kill it after a week then.
