Definitely GTA 5. I might look into Saints Row 4, but GTA 5 is on top of my list.

I've always been a fan of GTA, and I've loved every single one of them since GTA 3. I'm just hoping that GTA 5 is like a cross between GTA:SA and GTA IV in terms of game feel and (maybe) have some crazy cheats like we did in GTA:SA. Miss those flying cars.
