Keep searching, maybe you'll find one cheaper. I just grabbed the first one that popped up.

Use amazon too, you could find discounts for it.

No one... and I mean no one except for retailers are going to sell $10 PSN codes for $10. For one there is no profit to be made, and two they'll lose money in the long run especially if they drive to retail outlets to buy them, i.e cost of gas.

That also applies to any other card of value that people sell online and other PSN codes of higher denominations. In all honestly $13 for a $10 PSN code isn't that bad considering I've seen $10 ones go for $15 and up.
