Also it shows Internet explorer but when I open it it says "LoadLibrary FAILED to load ieframe.dll" and nothing loads up anyone knows how to fix this?



I did what you guys said to do to get it from a USB but the pages don't load at all.

Download chrome, put it on a usb and transfer it to the pc with no browser and install.

Why you trying to be smart I'm on my phone.

Get a hold of a PC/Laptop with working internet program.
Go to whatever programs homepage you usually use and download their install program.
Stick it on USB and run that program.
Not that hard if you think about it.
