Well first person shooter wise... all the battlefields. I also love the games Bethesda develop. Just about anything on PC to be honest, majority of single player games have great mod support so you'll always have something to do. And honestly I just have too many games that I like to even list.

That a hard question to answer would need to say goldeneye on the N64.

GTA 5 looks awesome.

Road Trip Adventure(My childhood resolves around this game LOL)
GTA's,
Universal Studio's on the Gamecube,
Driven to Destruction/Flatout's
Need for Speeds(Especially the Underground ones!)
Saints Row's(Only liked them because my ex brought SR2 round one day :p)
WWE Smackdown VS Raw 2006 (Roster Mode)
Just Cause 2
