I'd like a list of these "young boys." They aren't going to be stacked by any sense of the definition of stacked. If you are talking about the picks they received from the trades they made, just stop it. You aren't quickly turning around a team picking in the low 20's. Their current best asset is their own pick in this years draft, but because they have Rondo who's good enough to win a few more games than the teams below the Celtics, they won't be getting a good enough player to say they will be ready to compete soon.
