If the Attorney General of Virginia, Ken Cuccinelli II (pictured above), has his way and gets elected as the Governor of the Virginia he’s going to try and make blowjobs and buttsex illegal in state… again.

Blowjobs and buttsex are technically illegal in the state of Virginia but the law isn’t enforced as The Supreme Court already declared their anti-blowjob/buttsex laws unconstitutional back in 2003.

Here’s a look at what the crazy law in question states:

Crimes against nature; penalty.
If any person carnally knows in any manner any brute animal, or carnally knows any male or female person by the anus or by or with the mouth, or voluntarily submits to such carnal knowledge, he or she shall be guilty of a Class 6 felony, except as provided in subsection B.

Cuccinelli has even launched a website (called VAchildpredators.com) promoting the state’s law banning what he calls ‘crimes against nature’. However, the Attorney General is arguing that the anti-sodomy law he’s defending is actually an “anti-child predators law”.

Erin Gloria Ryan writes, “Protecting The Children is a noble cause, certainly — only Cucinelli isn’t trying to protect The Children at all… Cuccinelli told a newspaper that he believes it should be okay for the state to regulate the sexual behaviour of grown ass adults, because homosexual acts are inherently wrong”.

It isn't just murica, take a look at those arabic countries where you can't even choose your own wife or husband, where women gotta go around with things over their head because men would get attracted to it, and it's all religion, in murica it's ridiculous dictators like these that prohibit these things, more on topic, I can see this getting denied quickly, even the judges making the decision should for fuck's sake at least had it at one point in their miserable sex life, and if it isn't it's their time to prove it, and I can see people violating this law all over again, to know if this shit ever happened is an invasion of someone's sex life and privacy, hoes could be using this law to threaten people too.

Sure studies to prove homosexual acts lead to sexual child predators.
If you seriously wanted to protect kids teach them all about sexual behavior in school. Kids would pick up on the warning signs and be less likely to fall into said trap. Making sexual behaviour taboo only going to make the problem worse.

Explain to me HTF they will know unless its done publicly.
