Think about it for a second....there are maybe five jobs at IW that don't require you to have an extensive programming knowledge or artistic knowledge? Infinity Ward makes games, that requires serious program experience and world building experience. How many people are there in the world qualified to do that? Not a whole lot. Are you one of those people? If not, then forget about it because it would never happen. Just stating the facts, so don't hate...

Yeah, don't plan to work at a major studio, such as Infinity Ward, until you have extensive training in all aspects or video game design (enginerring, environment and character design, etc.)
