So last week i called and asked the samething this time the guy goes i'm calling everyone later today to give all the prices and when to pay buy....Why couldnt he just tell me at the point in time.... But any ways my phone was broke so i missed the call but the next day i checked my voicemail and say he called saying i needed to call him back. So i called him yesterday on my new S4(which is awesome BTW) and i asked if i could pay this weekend cause i work 9-5 he said no and that i need to pay by tomorrow(today). I just got off the phone with the guy saying that he might not be able to stay later cause he's only gotten 3 hours of sleep in 2 days and to get a money order and leave it in the mailbox and he'll leave me a receipt. If the amount of money i have to pay the guy $1400 i'd leave a money order but i dont want to this seems very shady what do you guys think?

Personally, i'd very weary of something like this.
Trust your instinct on this one(i know i would) and don't go ahead with it.
Find something more reliable and known.

Ya im not 100% comfortable with this, the only reason why i dont want to turn back is that my friends already got their passports who didn't have them and that was almost 150$+ ea

$1400 is a lot of money to be taken away. The only advice I can give is the fact you doubted yourself. It it was legit, you wouldn't have the instinct to post a thread for advice. $150 isn't worst then $1400

All the time I looked into travel booking always been told a price range. I never get back to you on this apart from on extra trips within the deal.
It's been almost instant that sounds so dodgy I would avoid it and book with another company.

Also the price on the website to the one you stated is way off!
