There is a difference between hacking and modding. Call of Duty so called "hacks" are MODS! "Hackers" are "Modders" in the gaming world.
Definition of "Hacking":
Hacking is the gaining of access(wanted or unwanted) to a computer and viewing, copying, or creating data(leaving a trace) without the intention of destroying data or maliciously harming the computer.
Definition of "Modding":
Now, you can not blame anyone but yourself for getting banned. You're playing online with modded binds and more and likely pissing normal gamers off.
Yes, its frustrating that you got banned and may have lost important data on a video game but its your fault. He is doing the gaming community a favor by banning the ones who have ruined the Call of Duty classics such as World At War, and COD 4.

Hackers will win. Sony got hacked, westbro, US government. this by anonymous. would have gotten Microsoft but the Sony hacker got arrested. Now to mention the countless hackers banning people that hunt for them, plus the modders on older cod games that mess with others. What happened to Geoh0ts was a warning, and look what happened to Sony for what they did.
