Jobs, the movie dedicated to the life of Steve Jobs, founder of the popular brand Apple is being released to most theaters tomorrow.
Who's going to go watch it?
If you haven't seen the previews or know nothing about it refer to spoiler:
Its a true story of his live from Making Apple in his parents garage to him Showing the iPod in 2001
So wait... the movie ends around 2001 when the iPod was announced? Then who in their right mind would go watch Jobs if you could watch Pirates of Silicon Valley and get about the same amount of information, minus how he thought of the iPod.
I am personally a bigger fan of Woz, but I will probably see this just because I am interested in everything they put in it.
Same. Hell Woz was the guy who did all the coding and development, Jobs was the guy who handled business. I'd much rather see a movie about Wozinak or even Ronald Wayne. They could definitely make a movie out of iWoz to be honest. :y:
The following user thanked Rath for this useful post:
If it's as true as Pirates of Silicon Valley I'll be satisfied. Part of me wishes they would do the less popular persons.
Same here. I'm sure a ton of people have the same thoughts, but then again I doubt anyone I know in person that owns an Apple product has even seen Pirates of Silicon Valley. I'd actually recommend people watch Pirates of Silicon Valley before seeing Jobs.
Why an earth would you want to watch a movie about a man that stole ideas from other people to gain fame? The only people that like him are those fags that masturbate to the shiny products he made.
May have "stole ideas" but most stuff what Apple brought out made every other tech company follow the same steps
