It appears no half life 3 based on the fact this guy is not working with the company right now. And hints it may never happen due to game design these days.

Half Life 3 faces a couple of problem from the get go.

1. A lot of hype and expectations for a game that likely won't be phenomenal
2. The way the prior games were built the industry was more focus on a different style of fps

That sucks. I really enjoyed the series.

I still think it could work but it's a shame if true.
Guess it shows people that games have to move forward in design along with story.

I have yet to play number 1 or two of this game. I just got number 2 so that is a start for me. I'll just read up on number 1 before I play number 2. Let's see if the hype of the game lives up to the expectations that the internet has brought me to believe.
