Part of my password is the numbers and/or letters below a bar-code on an item I used to own.. For the longest time I could not remember the numbers unless I was in front of a keyboard ( it was all muscle memory... took me a couple months before I started to actually say the info as I inputted it; so that I would remember them). Besides the sequence of numbers there is also a varying number of phrases used; and coded indicator for the website and/or device it is meant to be used on. I do this because part of all my passwords share a small amount of repeated characters.

The password I'm using is something like this BRxj-7$Ze>gRdE_

That's good for me

Mine is like this [Indicator#1][phrase#1][number sequence][Indicator#2][phrase#2] Both the phrases and the indicators contain some caps as well as numerals to replace letters here and there... Thinking about it, I seem very paranoid about my passwords; I hate how some sites limit you on the number of characters. I also hate that banks have not implemented a proper password system for atm's and card usage; I dislike pins.
