Post: Trying to change my life

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); As of yesterday, I gained the courage to try and get myself back on the right path. At the current moment and time I'm a Sophmore in high school with about a D average overall. I consider myself over-weight, even though I've been told otherwise many times. I'm close to 200 pounds or maybe even above it. I've been lucky to gain friends like OneDirection, ICS Vortex, Jango, Bichote, I2iley, RTS, Harry, and Cody from NextGenUpdate, and more from Playstation Network. People like M4A1-KING1313, and MsLupLup (Weston and Natalie) have really inspired me to be who I am, and to know they like me for who I am makes me feel like someone actually cares. By now I probably sound suicidal, but I assure you I have never considered it, and never plan to consider it.

To get on with it, from this day forth I will put my school, and exercise above all else. I know many members of NextGenUpdate are against religion, specifically Christianity, but I hope to follow in my fathers footsteps and be a youth minister for a church of my liking. I want to go on to college at The University of South Carolina, and by the end of this year of high school, I hope to lose at least 7 pounds, or replace it with muscle. To do this I have cut out only an hour of my after school life to enjoy the non-necessity's like NextGenUpdate and Playstation. I hope to move on and achieve higher goals than I have been and maybe one day, I will be a professional photographer for sports magazines, or who knows, maybe I could be an anchor for a news presentation. I hope all of you understand my absence and I would love as much encouragement as I can get. This needs to happen and if it doesn't happen now, it will majorly change my future and what it could be.

Being overweight your best idea is to work on cardio, walk on a tread mill 30+ minutes a day, once you get enough stamina begin jogging. After that interval between both 20 minute jog 20 minute walk, then take it outside the gym or home.

Then once your cardio is strong, and you feel healthy begin lifting and drinking protein/ muscle milk. Even take creatine.

Your fat will become muscle in the matter of months.
