All you need to do is go to the AppStore & leave a review on the snapchat app.

On the review in the title put something like "Add me on snapchat", & in the description put something like "Send me nudes ladies at [Insert username here]

Snapchat bans take usually 3-4 days & what it does is it removes all of his/her friends, removes the username & makes the username available again for registration!

You could use this also if you want a username but it's taken already
