[TD="width: 50%, bgcolor: #FFDEAD"]In addition to the procedure prescribed by the constitution, laws of the Ferb2013Alliance may also be enacted by the government of the Ferbstrat. This includes the laws referred to by Articles 85 Paragraph 2 and Article 87 of the constitution.[/TD]

[TD="width: 50%, bgcolor: #FFDEAD"]Laws enacted by the government of the Ferb may deviate from the constitution as long as they do not affect the institutions of the Ferb2013Alliance and the Ferbsrat. The rights of the President remain undisturbed.[/TD]

[TD="width: 50%, bgcolor: #EFEFEF"]Beidh Dlíthe a bheas achtaithe ag an rialtas Ferb2013Alliance a eisiúint ag an Seansailéir agus fógraíodh i Chris Gazette. Tabharfaidh siad éifeacht ar an lá tar éis an fhógra, ach amháin a fhorordú siad le dáta difriúil. HAirteagail sin agus nach 68-77 den Bhunreacht maidir le dlíthe a d'achtaigh ag an rialtas an Ferb2013Alliance.[/TD]
[TD="width: 50%, bgcolor: #FFDEAD"]Laws enacted by the Ferb2013Alliance government shall be issued by the Chancellor and announced in the Chris Gazette. They shall take effect on the day following the announcement, unless they prescribe a different date. Articles 68 to 77 of the Constitution do not apply to laws enacted by the Ferb2013Alliance government.[/TD]

[TD="width: 50%, bgcolor: #FFDEAD"]Treaties of the Ferb2013Alliance with foreign states, which relate to matters of Ferb2013Alliance legislation shall for the duration of the validity of these laws not require the consent of the Merkstag. The Ferbs2013Alliance government shall adopt the necessary legislation to implement these agreements.

Effective immediately as of the 10th of October 2013 under the Ferbs's Law and Enabling act all user's with the character's "Icy" and or "Number" including "Vevo" are to be terminated and exiled from NextGenFerbs IMMEDIATELY. Any opposition to said article is to terminated with extreme force by the SM(SecretFerbs). All resistance is to be declared unpatriotic and frowned upon. This is my word.
