(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've been working out for a while now, till I started noticing my abs starting to appear.
Its not the vertical line, its the horizontal ones. my right abs are higher than my left abs by half an ab.
I did every exercise properly but i feel most of the burn on my right side.. i know im doing it fine though.

this didn't happen when I first began. How can I fix this problem and how is it caused?

and does sleeping on one side possibly affect it? its strange because, my right abs burn more than my left ones... even though I do exercises right.

Do a barrel roll!
its normal........and nobody notices. so dont be self concious about it, cause that would certainly be a first.

Its normal. I've been an athlete since i was ten. Im 19 now i can tell you that most of us have the same "problem". The only advice i can give you is that whenever you finish exercising your abs stretch. You need to stretch those abs until you feel the pain becase this helps you even your abs and accommodate them evenly. Do this after every workout and you will be fine

Sounds normal to me, if you go to a gym ask a trainer if you should be doing anything.

You talkin to me?
When you're just starting to get them, yea they are going to be uneven. After you keep working them they will even out tho. Just keep working with them.
