(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So, I'm going to the Gym since about 5 months, I spoke to my friends about this, but I'm still curious.

Do you guys have experience with creatin? Is it really as good as they say it is? Will there be body damage if you stop doing it?

You mean Creatine? Yes Creatine is really good Smile Taken 30 mins before a workout and helps repair muscles after :y:

I must have been going for a good 2 hours on that.

It's still a Mystery!
It's not good for health that's for sure.
I want you to know that they are 2 types of Creatine
1nd type is capsules (Mine are Weider with 150 capsules ... I need to drink 4L of water (total) before and after taking 7 pills !!!) So I go to my workout with a full stomach [you don't want that on a leg day ... ]
2nd type is creatine pouder, it has no taste so you could put it with your shake ( it has no taste at all) and you don't need 4L of water with it ... But it has a higher price ...

So here is my experience : I've been told that creatine is not good for health because it is not natural ... It could cause heart problems when you become older . It gives you AT LEAST a 15% boost if you take it before your workout (30-1hr) and it helps your muscles to be repaired (after the workout). So yes it is good but it has side effects.

And no it will not damage you if stop taking it and continue working out .

Today Will Be Different
First of all, creatine is natural. It's found in red meats etc. Now I've heard people go on about how monohydrate is bad, or another blend is bad. But when it all boils down, creatine is creatine. Creatine monohydrate is the most common form, and probably the cheapest form. However you gotta consume a lot of water because it draws water into your muscles so you could dehydrate easier etc.

Personally I do not use creatine. I just stick with organic foods and an occasional whey protein shake. As for body damage I've yet to hear anything about people having issues with creatine.
