I don't need anybodies pity party. I am just trying to show people that stealing money is wrong. I am sure if you were in my position, you would not be sucking microsoft like you are.

No I wouldn't be in that position because I actively make sure I do what I can to make sure my stuff is secure on my end. So don't bother saying im sucking off MS for your incompetence. But go for it, waste your time and money because you really don't have a case.

Exactly, he doesn't realize once you accept a specific TOS you can't do anything. If he trys to sue them and actually gets a case, Microsoft prob has like 5-6 lawyers (I'm guessing based off of what geohot said about Sony when he got sued) and the case will get thrown out fairly quick.

Of course you aren't in my position, there are people who hack accounts all the time. I am far from incompetent.I hope that you never get something stolen from you, which according to you will never happen.

You either did something to allow it to get stolen or you chose a really weak password and used an email that you used for everything else, which kind of ties into the first thing. If something of mine was stolen and I could have done something to prevent it, then yea it's my fault and no one else. I think its time we take some personal responsibility and stop blaming people for our fuck ups.
