(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello Everyone,
I thought it'd be a nice idea to make this thread to see if anyone has any similar film tastes as I, and/or views films similarly/differently to each other.
So, I'd like you all (if you wish) to reply to this thread with your all-time favourite film and why.

I'll start.

My all-time favourite film is 21 Jump Street.
However, pretty much everyone has seen it.
So for this thread, my all-time favourite film is Seven Pounds.

I like this film for many reasons.
One of the main reasons is because it is my favourite film that has Will Smith as the main actor. I think he plays the role perfectly.

Another reason is because this film actually made me cry. The emotional bond between the Actor and the reason he chose to die how he did in the film is what got me. I'll admit it, I am a softy at heart.
It made me cry because he talks about his Dad, and I guess that is what actually got to me, because I haven't seen my Dad as often as I'd like. He left when I was 3, and I've seen him 5/6 times since then, and I'm now 16. So I think that it triggers a part of me that just wants to hide away behind a smile.

That's why I like that film. To me, it has a very powerful effect in the audience.
Sorry for getting deep on you all.
I enjoy reading your replies.

Awesome picture.
But, I don't need counseling. I'm pretty sure if anyone's parent/s had walked out on them as a kid, and never spoken to them (or even died, so they never have the opportunity to even try) then they'd be upset.
It gets to me sometimes, as it would with anyone.
But that film just for some reason, relates to me because of it.

I found that pretty disrespectful as well, but it's a forum, what do I expect.

Brilliant film.
Seen it like 10 times now, never gets old.

It's also good to see the cast of it in other films like "Fun Size".
