I don't think you can. Unless you want to take the risk of making your own card, which I wouldn't recommend if you could get into legal trouble.

Guessing it's laminated so the best way to do it would be to scan it onto your PC, edit it in photoshop (edit the month if possible as bouncers will check more closely to the year) and then print it in the best quality possible. Then put it on your ID card and laminate it or wrap it in clean filling and leave an iron on it for the night (not turned on).
