I have revised, based on comments, please read the new info!:
Prices:
Staff - $1.49 /Month
Elite - $1.99 /Month
Premium - $2.49 /Month
Regular members - $2.99 /Month
ToS (Official, May be revisited):
No Child Pornography
No Credit Card, or other such dumps
No botnets (they take up too much resources)
No Spammers (I may allow this in the future, but right now infrastructure wouldn't support it)
Fair Use (over stress the system is a nono)
Allowed:
Nulled Scripts
Regular Pornography
Hosting would be OFFSHORE.
5GB Storage
25GB bandwidth
If 5 People are interested, I can have you all set up by the end of the week.
There will be plugins to help make your website, however I can make custom screensnapr sites, forums etc. for an additional cost.

Gaming server like when I was playing on Call Of Duty 4 on PC, many people wanted to host deathrun servers but don't know how to set it up via linux with ninja's linux reversed engineered patch. (this is future though, when you have enough money to have enough bandwidth ect).
I don't know about anything else but adding these will increase people's willing of buying your service

I would probably use this, it's good prices. But if you're wanting to go out of NGU I wouldn't recommend doing so unless you have the money to get it out there.
