My question is... If someone sent you money through PayPal and you spent it, could they still charge back?

They could, the only way they cannot though is if they sent you money as friends and family , but if it's a business sent payment they have a chance that's why I always take pictures of transactions if it's a business payment .

Yeah they can still charge you back unfortunately Smile. Always be careful and take proof of the transactions in case of a charge back Winky Winky. Taking a video would be the best way to do things imo, I have found most often people that take vids as proof never lose disputes on PayPal!
