how do I actually use it I downloaded the windows keyboard thing

i have NO idea whatsoever
maybe go to control panel then keyboard or the big settings place or maybe display.

ook windows help said to go to Region and language>keyboard>change keyboards>installed services>install the keyboard
then you click the main tab and click add and look for the keyboard
