Do something that makes you happy man, it will relieve the stress. Take a deep breath and just rest your mind for a little. Go outside, enjoy life for a little with all the things around you. Skateboard, ride a bike, plan out trips. If you sit down all day in your home, it's going to be really stressful in your life.

I suffer from the same issue. It sounds weird, but you can actually get pills to sort this. Go to the Doctors and just talk to them about it and they should help you. My anxiety used to be really bad, what I did was just kind of try over come it. It's really hard, but just start talking to the smallest group of people, even one person, try talk to people on Facebook and then slowly talk to them in person and explain to them that you have social issues.

That's all I can really suggest as everyone's anxiety is different.

I will try to get my parents to take me to a doctor about this because its really bad for me.

Do a barrel roll!
I know this may sound stupid but it may help, when ever i have anxiety i watch cars drive by my house it really calms me down a lot, also doing an activity alone helps out for an example basketball, I just shoot the ball for a while and it calms me down.

I find just going for a walk helps, if I can't go for a walk I play a game to take my mind off the problem.

Anxiety is just one of those problems you have to learn to live with in life, it can get much better and worse through life. I use to have a lot of trouble with anxiety through school but after leaving a lot of it went away. The root of the problem for me was the inability to be able to leave the premises and just calm down, due to being under 18 you had to stay on site at all times. once I reach 18 and I was at school or college I could just up and leave the school site if I ever had trouble, or even just going to sit in my car helped as it was my own space and I could gather my thoughts and calm down and if I really needed to I could just drive off somewhere. I don't really suffer with a lot of anxiety issues now thank god.
