It was intentional, when someone breaks into your home you are still not allowed to use your weapon even when they are in your property. The only time you should shoot is when someone has a dangerous weapon in their hand.

In Flames Much?
Not sure the details about it are strange, I think it was an accidental death.

"Oscar Pistorius injured a professional boxer by firing a gun in a restaurant then asked his friend to take the blame, a court has heard."

Honestly I don't give a fuck, this story has dominated the news for far to long.

This shit is common here in south africa. I think it was intentional tho'.
I think I'm the only South African on this website lol.
Anyway, you are supposed to shoot warning shots before actually firing at the intruder.

I think it was intentional, but that's up to the lawyers to prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Personally I would definitely support his right to open fire on the intruder, however I'm unfamiliar with the laws in South Africa. Based on my opinion I think that the home owner has every right to use force against unwanted intruders into their home so long as the intruder shows the intention of causing harm to you.

Nah bro, it is compulsory to fire a 'warning' shot before firing at the intruder in SA

I will say intentional as it dosent add up to being accidental.
