Create a building company buying old houses & doing then up for a profit, you need to invest... if you just spend then your gonna be fuked in a few years...you need money to make money.Speculate to accumulate (sounds shit i know)

Give loads out to family,its a hard thing to just throw money at people & say "there you go no need to worry about cash no more" without belittling there career & what they have had to work hard to build up over the years of there life.
