Lots of people i ask this question tell me no because it would forever be on their conscience.

I honestly don't know how I would respond to actually being put in a situation of life and death. But I would have to say I could not end someone's life even if it meant I wouldn't live. Just having that hanging in my head of actually murdering someone would drive me to insanity. Just my two cents.

If it was for self defense and if it meant my life or theirs, then I'd have to take theirs.. It would be stuck in my head forever but I can't leave behind my family and my future wife Now if it were me or my family/gf.. Then definitely would take my own

I can understand family, (for other people, quite honestly, I wouldn't take my own life for anyone.) but why your girlfriend? Assuming you're in the age rage of 14-18, why take your life instead of hers? I obviously don't know you two's relationship, but I don't think any teen relationship is worth your own life.

The way I'm built in my mind leads me to believe it would drive me to insanity. Even making mistakes drives me crazy. If the other person was absolute scum or trying to take my life, I would 100% blow them away. But a person that had no reason to be taken from Earth, would be in my mind every second of the day unless I was prescribed some xanax haha.

The human mind is such a mystery.

Unless it was in either self defense or protecting an innocent person I would have to say no. I honestly couldn't. Death itself is very touchy to me. I don't like death at all. Death scares me personally. So I would never put anyone else in the situation to have to experience it.
