If you want coupe try and look for a awd 1g talon/eclipse if you want to modify it and make it a rocket, if you can find a early 2000s Audi a6 with the 2.7l twin turbo v6 or a v8 both are good options just make sure its got a warrentee because i feel bad for those repair costs, or maybe you can get a srt4,cobalt as they are going down in price but will most likely have the shit beat out of them. And there's your normal f body camaros,fox body mustangs

Ah coupes are the best lol. I'm gonna guess your budget is in the $4-6k zone? BMW's are nice too like the guy above me said but it'll probably have to be older years.

You can try looking at Integras, Civics, Lancers (not evolution unless you wanna shell out $10k+!!), or an Eclipse. I'm personally not a fan of Jettas but I drove a turbo Jetta before and it was pretty fun to drive I must say. Oh and Lexus IS300's are pretty nice as well.
