No password I have given out was the same as my paypal email, nor have I logged into anything using links from emails and such, how did I hacked?

You have no phone? Well your tablet can make calls just download an app it ain't hard. Espcially if it means saving yourself from losing a shit ton of money. Your probably keylogged or ratted no one just picks a random person to hack unless they are phished or logged. Any thing you download can possibly have a virus detected or not. And you just may have nothing else useful to that particular hacker for them to take over. My advice call your credit card company cancel your cards and then call up Paypal and let them know of the issue so they can get whatever money you had on it back and they can lock the account until fuirther notice.

If you have the same password for everything, it's easy to get hacked like that. Also, you should check your computer to see if there are any viruses in it.

I'm sorry, But you posting that your PayPal got hacked here isn't going to help you. I suggest you call PayPal though...
