No password I have given out was the same as my paypal email, nor have I logged into anything using links from emails and such, how did I hacked?

There are so many very skilled people in hacking out there man, it was just unfortunate it happened to you. Call your credit card company and cancel your cards

You most likely signed into a phishing website.

My email is fine, and I don't do that I only use official sites no links, nothing I don't normally go to, and it's ONLY my paypal.

That means your key-logged or ratted.

Im on a tablet and only my paypal was effected

You may consider calling PayPal man.

If there wasnt much on it its better than nothing e.g. the guy stealing 100's and from your card , if your card was linked i would suggest ring your branch up and cancel and get a new card sent out asap just to be safe
