I think that you should start mamorgrams really early...didn't you hear about the girl that got breast cancer at 11! You need to prevent this at an early age. You dont know how old u'll be when you get it. it should be prevented.

Manograms cost healthcare $5 billion a year and sometimes have misleading results that really isnt breast cancer. There should be an age restriction imo, but not as high as 40.
