This kind of makes no sense, women and men under 40 can get breast cancer (someone correct me if no one under 40s never had breast cancer). And isnt it being said now that at home breast checks are ineffective? You would think it would be encouraged now, especially since teenage girls are smoking even more than ever these days.

yeah well my mom had breast cancer when she was 38 so...

Proven that the age limit should be moved down to 10 lol
