I myself came up with mine, because it was a hot day in the UK (very RARE!) and just thought Hawt looks good, so why not?
my old username was PotentialZ, and I got that by watching a film, and I heard that word, and thought it was cool.

mine came from my dad always calling me frederick. even though my name is michael. I dont get how he came up with frederick and then 511 is just my 2 favorite numbers.
