I would also look into getting the desk which allows the PC to be above the floor, depends on size.

Thats what I would like. I don't like my PC being on the floor. Do you recommend any desks?

If I can get a actual computer desk, I shouldn't need them. It should have a wire rack.

No posters.. Only if you're under 16. (posters look childish IMO).
